Refund policy

All Sales are Final.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange.  To start that process, please contact us at yankee1@yankeeheritageproducts.com.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (with in 48 hours) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Pictures of the packaging and product may be required.

 

Note - Candles, wax melts, and other related products can soften or melt when shipping during warm temperatures. We are not liable for products that become melted when subjected to hot temperatures for long periods of time.


We strongly advise you to arrange to have your order delivered to an air-conditioned location, such as a business or home, where someone is available to receive your package. If packages are left exposed to hot temperatures, candles, wax melts, and related items could potentially melt.
